Identify the size of your tyre
The exact dimensions of a tyre can be found on the sidewall printed mark. The graphic shows how to read properties and dimensions of the tyre:

SPEED INDEX:
The speed index indicates the maximum speed intended for the tyre. Up to this value, the manufacturer guarantees optimum operation with the appropriate tyre pressure. The maximum speed allowed for this vehicle is given in the vehicle owner's manual; this information can be used to select the appropriate speed index for the tyre. The speed index is the last mark on the sidewall of the tyre.
 
Load Index
Permissible maximum axle load per tyre in kg. To be found in the registration certificate or vehicle registration document or read directly from the tyre (two-digit number). It is permitted to fit a tyre with a higher load index.
 
Driving safety despite puncture
Runflat tyres are puncture-resistant tyres with reinforced sidewalls. This creates the so-called run-flat property. In the event of damage, this allows the vehicle to continue driving up to a distance of approx. 100 km (and even beyond depending on the product) at a maximum speed of 80 km/h, even if the pressure has been completely lost. Run-flat tyres even prevent the tyre rubber from jumping off the rim in the event of a loss of air pressure. A flat tyre is therefore still a flat tyre, but it loses some of its drama. Note: All run-flat tyres are marked with the symbol "RSC" (Runflat System Component) and may only be fitted in vehicles with a functioning air pressure control system!
 
Tyres with increased load capacity
Reinforced tyres are designed for higher loads than normal tyres. They can be identified by the designation 'RF' (reinforced) or also 'XL' or 'Extra Load'. They are used on vans, minibuses, off-road vehicles, etc. However, their mounting alone does not automatically result in higher load capacity but also requires a correspondingly higher air pressure. Furthermore, the load capacity index specified in the vehicle documents continues to apply.
 
Tyres with extra high load capacity
The "C" in the term C tyres stands for "commercial". These tyres are specially designed for commercial vehicles. These can be, for example, lighter trucks, delivery vans, flatbed trucks or panel vans. In other words: vehicles that have to move higher loads at a comparatively lower speed. The multi-ply reinforced C tyres are therefore even more load-bearing than reinforced tyres.
 
Mobility-optimised tyres
A tyre with a sealing layer on the opposite side of the tyre tread. In the event of a puncture (e.g. by a nail), this layer blocks any loss of air, even if the foreign body causing the puncture is still in the tyre. It is not necessary to stop or change the tyres immediately at the roadside.

Noisy tires. Every day i hear it around 80kmh. Like your car is defect. This all since i have this bad tires. I dont buy this again.

Affordable tires. But the biggest problem is everytime the noise around the 80kmh. Like your wheelbearings are defect. I read more complains about this tire about the noise. China tires.... They promise a lot (extreme low noise in the specs... But in real you buy &quot;crap&quot;.

Before i used different brands also michelin, continental, nexen, fulda, dunlop, waterfall, petlas. But this tyre is the best in price and performance. It is better than most premium brands in breaking on wet ground i have ever seen before. I also like to drive fast in corners. This tire gives me security even at over 200 km/h. It never slips and gives me a good feeling in every position. The consumption is great too. The consumption is high on the tire label, but is not noticeable in any way. I would buy this tyre again.

Work really will in 150m of snow and they are really quite for winter tyres even on the motorway at 70 MPH would recommend these tyres even on ice they work will that much when you get out of car in car park covered in ice you slip because you don&#39;t realise its that bad with ice

Excellent. Quite quiet, it depends on the road surface and good economy. With extreme care, I managed 70.1 MPG over a 39 mile distance. Boring driving but it IS achievable. Ordinary driving with reasonable care is about 44-48 mpg. Very hard driving and high speed cruising in the lower 90s brings the fuel consumption up to 37 MPG, may be 34mpg. Actual wear is not bad and if you rotate them, even better before buying new ones. These are not a hard compound tyre so they won&#39;t wear THAT well, they will squeal quietly around roundabouts on about 50% wear if taking at a fair speed, but not madly. Overall, they are good and have bought them for this car since I bought it new in 2008. Kia Carens aren&#39;t bad, not quick but it&#39;s had TWO clutches in 50K. This was due to a fault in the alignment of the flywheel. It happened again on and identical Mileage (25K) as the Kia garage only replaced the clutch and plate and NOT the offending DMF (Dual Mass Flywheel.) So KIA, you ripped me off by only doing half a job. On all my cars, the clutches have lasted over 100K, Minimum. Been driving since 1973.

The first number in this enumeration of indicators is 185. This is simply the tyre’s cross-section width, in millimetres. Thus, from sidewall to sidewall, this tyre is roughly 185 mm wide. The measurement is taken with the tyre fitted to the rim and without supporting any additional weight.

The number 65 indicates the aspect ratio, which relates to cross-section height, or the height of the sidewall, relative to width. In this case, sidewall height is 65% of the width (here, width is 185 mm). The letter ‘R’ indicates a radial tyre, and the number 15 tells us that 15 inch rims are needed for mounting.
