30.08.2024 from Clive Smith
These are the B-Silent Model and they were 235/55 R19 105Y but this system will not let me specify 55 height. These tyres are absolutely brilliant! I fitted them on the rear and they stopped the road noise from the rear completely. I just wish I had not fitted something different to the front previously, as soon as the fronts wear out I will change to these. I have had no problem with grip, despite racing others around roundabouts.
28.10.2021 from Fluster
Excellent in the wet, no hydroplaning or wheeljerk when driving into puddles at speed. This is my second set of this tyre for this reason.
13.10.2021 from Agop Beyleryan
The tyre is with overall good performance. On wet is losing grip in the corners, however braking in wet conditions is solid
05.10.2021 from Melih PAZI
I'm sorry to say that the tires don't hold up. They always tend to slip.

08.03.2025 from Michael Blunt
The tyres perform well for day to day driving, but lack confindence in the intial turn if your pushing the car. The brakng performance in a straight line whiles in wet is incredible and reliable. Accelerating in the wet very good but not as good as the braking. The tyres do not make much noise on the motorway and seem to be puncture resistant. I would not recommend these tyres for those who want to push the their on the weekend as they simply let go.
26.02.2021 from Arek
Good all-round tyres. Safety & quite.
02.04.2020 from Clive Williams
The tyres have provided a remarkable improvement in handling and grip, inspiring confidence that translates into improved A-B times as well as being more comfortable than the previous tyres i.e. Nexen.
19.03.2020 from Mihai
Good value for money! Recommended!

Exceptional behaviour in wet .Good in dry conditions but not for extremely fast driving. Excellent breaking properties. Very high mileage!!
07.03.2022 from Patricia
Terrible grip especially on wet - went sliding on a roundabout with slow speed. Simply doesn’t grip on the road well. I have tried several tyres in my driving time but these sadly are one of the worst purchases I’ve made. I was hopeful as it’s Goodyear but it’s a huge disappointment. Don’t waste your money on this. The noise isn’t too bad, but fuel consumption is poor and so it’s the grip!
26.01.2022 from R
Nearly perfect road tyre in my opinion. I usually drive sensibly, but often "spirited" and found no major downsides, grips really well. ~2000 miles so far I don't see any wear at all (unlike the budget tyres I had before). The only drawback was going through puddles at speed, but I think that's more my car lacking a limited slip diff.
07.11.2021 from Krzys
I used to own Primacy 4's which I liked very much, but pricewise 4'were too expensive. I think Goodyear Efficient Grip 2 are very comfortable tyres. They produce less internal noise when compared to Primacy 4's. Also Goodyear Efficient Grip 2 are softer and less precise (just by marginal difference) than Primacy 4's. Overall I like Goodyear Efficient Grip 2 very much and I think these are safe, comfortable and well pierced premium tyres. I'll buy these tyres again for sure. I would say I should do around 45,000 km in this tyres (front axle) seeing current usage (1.3mm) after 8,500 km.

The tyres were 7/10 when I got them, the wet straight line grip is great the dry performance is above average. Quiet and comfortable tyres. The tyre wear is poor, I had new arms, tie rods, drop links and bushings as well as alignment done afterwards. The tyres showed excessive wear on the edge after only 8000 miles. I changed tyres from Conti Premium and I am preete happy with Hankook. It is also a premium tyre.
22.05.2020 from Pieter
The biggest problem with these tyres ar that they do not have rip protection. I have been using Hancooks on my previous car, so when looking for tyres for my current car, Hancooks came to mind. I had a better driving experience with the tyres that I replaced.
06.12.2019 from White
These tyres give a superb quiet ride. I also have these tyres fitted to the front of my vehicle, which have now completed 45,000 km and the wear is every bit as good as the Michelin tyres they replaced. Although I do not drive in an aggressive manner I have not noticed any detriment in road holding or fuel consumption.

Nice Budget tyres with that wide and quattro drive its hard to say it lose a grip or brake bad.
02.05.2022 from Alan
Just put these on the rear of my car. The were fitted on a wet day when the roads were greasy. With the tyres being brand new I was expecting wheel spin when I put the foot down. Nope, not a bit, the tyres bit hard. Even on the motorway at 120 kph when I put the foot down I could feel the extra grip and push which added to the driving pleasure and thrill. I've tried spinning the rear wheels in the wet but they just seem to grip really well.

Very very good tyre. Not quite as much outright grip as the new Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric but longer life and quieter.

Excellent driving experience on these tyres. They feel safe, sturdy and solid on the road in heat, heavy rain, slippery roads due to mud, country roads, uneven and good surfaces, I have not yet tried in snow or ice. To any walkers reading this, they feel like vibram soles for my car!

The most expensive conti's I've ever purchased (x4) Ouch!! I've bought a lot of other conti's in the past. Inc Sportcontact & Uniroyal tyres. Ecocontact5 are noisy, very average grip levels in wet & dry conditions. Poor wear levels for a so called eco tyre :-( Neither do I like the feel of them during cornering. I will not buy these budget/mid range level tyres again. I really don't have anything positive to say about these tyres. Apart from when I'm going to change them. Buy another mid range tyre instead or even a budget & save money ;-)

About Falken tyre brand

When you are considering Falken summer tyres you will know that you are looking at a Japanese tyre brand that was started in 1983. The brand has now spread to several countries across the world. The company started with a line of high performance tyres which has now expanded to light truck and all season touring tyres as well. The company has been in product development for motorsports vehicles and their high quality tyres are chosen for the race series like Formula Drift, Le Mans and others.

Different kinds of Falken summer tyres

Falken offers different kinds of summer tyres that are suited for varying road conditions, ensuring that your car can cover any terrain during summer months. The tyres are designed as per the vehicle make as well as performance parameters desired:

 • Falken tyres of high performance are designed for race cars. If you have a high performance vehicle that you often take out for sport driving, this category of tyres would be ideal for responsive and fast driving.
 • Light truck tyres are another category to look at when you wish to straddle up your light commercial vehicles with the right set of wheels for the upcoming summer. Falken Wildpeak AT is the category of tyres to look at for such vehicles.
 • Falken also provides all season passenger car tyres that are designed for comfort, quiet rides on city roads as well as on rough terrain. You can take control of your driving comfort with such tyres that are designed for sedans and coupes as well as economy hatchbacks.
 • SUV, and crossover tires are another category of tyres of this brand that include products like Falken Wildpeak H/T, Sincera Touring SN211 and Falken Ziex S/TZO5 products that are designed for larger, high performance vehicles.
How to make your choice?

If you wish to get Falken summer tyres at autopink-shop.co.ie you will find several categories to look at. If you are confused as to how to make the right choice, simply follow the dependable tyre guide on the site. You can look at Falken Ziex ZE914 Ecorun series that offers different dimensions like 205/55 R16 91W, 94W XL, 91V. Choose as per the height and width as well as weight and velocity indices for your car make.
