Forinsured tyres bought priorto 18 January 2018:

  1. Pleasenotify our service centre about the damage on your insured tiredimmediately after it occurs under the free phone number 00800-33584266 (toll free) or 0049-511-93634640.

  2. Theinsurance coverage will be examined straight away and yourreplacement tyre will be sent out within one working day.

  3. Thereplacement tyre(s) will be delivered to the delivery address ofyour service partner. Please contact your service partner to arrangea date for changing the tyre.

  4. Incase of tyre damages through vandalism, the police notification andrecord are required for an insurance claim.

  5. Forinformation or questions about your tyre damage, please contact theAIG service centre via the following telephone number: 00800-33584266 (toll free) or 0049-511-93634640.

Forinsured tyres bought after18 January 2018:

  • Pleaseorder your replacement tyre directly on autopink-shop.ieso you can use your car again as fast as possible. Usually, yourreplacement tyre will be sent out within one working day. Thereplacement tyre(s) will be delivered to the delivery address ofyour service partner. Please contact your service partner to arrangea date for changing the tyre

  • Pleasenotify us of the damage within 10 days on our online damageplatform: Reporttyre damage.

  • Incase of tyre damages through vandalism, the police notification isrequired for an insurance claim.
