Comment:
I purchased this BMW 118d to replace my ageing BMW 325 Sport Touring. When I initially purchased this car I expected BMW handling and precision and was shocked after driving the car a few hundred miles. The vehicle handled so badly I took it to my local garage to check the steering and suspension as I felt the cars handling was dangerous!!. My garage strangely found no faults at all but they did point out that the vehicle was fitted with run flat tyres. I was intending to travel from Colchester to Glenshee in Scotland for a skiing trip and was considering hiring another car. I purchased these Nokian Weatherproof tyres (Standard NOT Run Flat) and the tyre fitter drove my car into the fitting area and fitted the tyres. When he drove my car out of the garage and handed my keys I drove my vehicle to my home address. I had to get out of the car and check the number plate to make sure this was the same car. These tyres have transformed this vehicle into a proper BMW the difference it absolutely astonishing. I drove the car from Colchester to the Highlands of Scotland and these tyres performed superbly. Motorway and country roads it performed so well and I was staggered at how little diesel I went through during this 1100 mile drive. I would definately recommend these tyres to family and friends. They have transformed the handling of my BMW and if anyone out there is driving or thinking of purchasing run flat tyres don't they are awful and pointless.
