Car pulled to left when the 4 new tyres were fitted, swapping left to right then front to rear fixed it. Car feels like it tramlines more on the Avons

I tried to speak to somebody about the problem with my tyres but was unable to get any sense out of your phone operator. These tyres have the worse cold weather grip of any tyre i've driven on my summer tyres are far better in winter conditions than these winter Avon very disappionted in there performance in cold and wt conditions.

Comment:
Second set of Avon winter tyres we have had on the A Class. Didn't seem to be quite as grippy as the last set, or the Continentals we have on our other A Class, but a massive step up on summer tyres. Quite happy with them We swap to summer tyres once the temperature is consistently above 10 degrees, so I can't comment on tyre wear in warmer conditions.
