These Hankook winter tyres are brilliant and have made an incredible difference to the traction on the i10 especially during icy and snowy conditions. They are also very good in the wet.

Comment:
These tyres got my wife back home in very difficult snow conditions one day last winter, passing other road users who were stuck or trying to push their vehicles. She is absolutely certain, she would not have made it safely back home without them. I have also driven her car in wintery snow/ice conditions and would rate the tyres as good on snow and reasonable on ice, even going up or down hills. Cornering felt stable with very little slipping and braking/stopping was good. Tyres felt OK on wet roads, but I never really pushed them. Road noise is reasonable for a winter tyre. Once temperatures started to rise and consistently remain above 7c to 10c, there was a more noticeable softer and less grippy and slippery feel to the tyres, but that is to be expected due to winter tyre compounds and usually the time to switch back to summer tyres. I change my summer tyres to Continental Winter Contact TS860 tyres over winter on my own car and these Hankook Winter I*cept RS2 tyres felt just as good in comparison.
